Privacy Policy

HelpBase is a product of Anchor Co (operated by Isaiah 41 LLC). You can reach us at hello@gethelpbase.com.

When you create an account we collect:

• Your email address and name (provided by you)
• Your billing information (processed and stored by Stripe — we never see your card number)
• The URLs and page content you choose to train your chatbot on
• Conversations between visitors and your chatbot, for display in your dashboard

We also collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and rate-limiting purposes.

• To operate the service (train your chatbot, answer visitor questions, bill you)
• To contact you about your account (onboarding, billing, product updates)
• To improve the product — in aggregate, never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing

We share minimum-necessary data with:

• Supabase — user authentication and database
• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic — AI responses (message content, not your personal account info)
• OpenAI — text embeddings for content search
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery

You can export or delete your data at any time from the dashboard, or by emailing hello@gethelpbase.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

We use essential cookies only — to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

If we make material changes to this policy we'll email all account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
